NLP Techniques

What is NLP? 
NLP is the realisation that many of the ideas we consider ours, are not. You know that from before birth, a number of ideas are implanted in our minds. NLP is the realisation that we can eradicate from our mind the thoughts, emotions and feelings that hinder our personal growth and our happiness. 

Our mind works largely through a series of commands or programs. A program or software on a computer can perform a task. For example, the word processor in which I am writing, is a software or program that allows me to perform this task. Viruses are programs that prevent tasks. 

NLP is realising that many of the ideas implanted in you, are viruses because they make you incapable of doing tasks you want to perform or it costs much time and labor to do them. In those moments you're as a computer going slow and heavy, so you want to break it and throw it away. 
NLP is also a series of Psychological techniques that have the ability to effectively communicate with our unconscious. 

With NLP you acquire the ability to upgrade: your mind, your memory, your skills to learn; your motivation to: work, study, love, exercise, etc... 
NLP techniques are useful for accelerating learning English or any other matter. 
One tool for achieving your goals is self-suggestion and is very important to practice it the right way. You must change your mind with the appropriate command. 

To learn what is an improper command, perform the following exercise: Think about the person you love most because of his or her physical, or his way of being, acting, due to his or her spirituality, etc.. Let's say this person is called Laura. You say the name that applies in your case. Now the order to your mind is: !Do not think about Laura Naked! You got it? Of course your mind already has the image of the naked person. Easy. Don´t you think? 

But the interesting thing is that all such thoughts and images generate feelings of comfort or discomfort, security or insecurity, love or hate, motivational goal-des-motivation or total. That's why it is important to decide what type of daily conversation we have with ourselves and what kind of images that do arise from our brain. 
Let us now with an example that applies more to the study: Probably to give encouragement, or after hearing about self-suggestion, you've probably said to yourself I do not lazy to study! And your mind did the same in the case of not think of a naked person, or think of an extra-terrestrial pink, do not think of a delicious chocolate with nuts, etc.. 
Definitely this command does not work. It is even better to say aloud something like, I start studying now! 
Instead of saying: I will not forget anything that I have studied for the exam, it is better to say, remember and understand everything that I have studied for the exam. 

NLP has many techniques that can be used for multiple purposes. 
Each NLP technique learning and may be used alone or in combination with others. 

NLP TECHNIQUES 
ANCHOR TECHNIQUE 
It is useful to induce feelings of happiness, excitement, motivation, and feelings of calm and relaxation. 
Generally uses a gesture, a gentle pressure on the body somewhere, or a word such as anchor. 

Using the anchor to pass exams? 
Passing the exams with flying is something that is achieved gradually and applying various techniques. 
Use anchor technique to create the habit of studying and to encourage you to do so. You learn the procedure of anchoring and technique you apply yourself. 
Procedure: You relax. Every single muscle in your body. If necessary, move a little to your muscles and your body to adopt the more rested and relaxed posture. Relaxes and soothes your mind. Now remember a time in the past you were very happy that you learned something quickly and easily. What is that feeling like happiness and excitement of your first kiss, your first something that filled you with energy and motivation? Now that feeling of pleasure and energy multiply it by two, increase it twice and so you know it's enough. Watch the scene as if you were there, listening to the sounds, feel the smells, the position of your body as if it were happening right now. Imagine that moment in your mind and capture the image. Now grab your left and squeeze it firmly and smooth thumb twice. By the time you are pressing a second time, increases the size of the image of happiness, you zoom in and imagine and feel that happy moment multiplies and grows stronger. The larger images and stronger feelings, this technique will work best. Having done this several times, you can bring you the feeling of happiness, motivation and desire to study whenever you want it at the push of the thumb twice and in the same way. 
What you accomplish by doing this procedure is to associate the neural signal of the two grips with happiness. 

TECHNICAL DISRUPTION OF PATTERNS 
This NLP technique is effective to record the keywords in the subconscious mind of the recipient. This technique can be combined with other techniques such as NLP anchoring. 

The pattern interruption technique works by stimulating receptor-talk.
