WHAT IS NLP?
NLP or Neuro Linguistic Programming is the science and art of excellence. It derives from the observation, modeling and the study of how the best professionals in different fields obtain their outstanding results.
NLP involves positive changes in your personality and your life.
It has been shown that many individuals are resistant to change. However you should be aware that changes occur every second of our lives, like it or not. Think how many times have you wished that something does not happen to you, but it happens, for better or for worse.
NLP is the bridge to excellence.
Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is useful for Psychotherapy and personal development. It was created by John Grinder and Richard Bandler in California, United States in 1970s. NLP helps you to change your mind programs, so you can change your behaviour to be able to achieve your goals in life.
Skills of prominent people can be modeled by anyone to obtain remarcable outcomes.
As a Psychologist I find NLP very useful for clients and in my everyday life.
I recommend you to read a helpful book called
Introducing NLP: Psychological Skills for Understanding and Influencing People (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) de Joseph O'Conner, John Seymour y Robert Dilts (mayo 2011)
